RoboCup 2024 Symposium

The 27th RoboCup International Symposium will be held on 22 July 2024, in conjunction with RoboCup24 (July 15 to 21, 2024) in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Venue

The symposium will be held in person at the Evoluon. Noord Brabantlaan 1a, 5652 LA Eindhoven. We are looking for submissions of papers reporting innovative and original research with relevance to areas of robotics and artificial intelligence. Researchers are invited to submit their work independently of whether they participate in the RoboCup competitions or have a RoboCup team.

Registration for symposium-only participatation is only possible for authors. All registered team members are automatically admitted to the Symposium, and they do not need to register separately. Symposium-only registration can be done here: https://web.cvent.com/event/74d8c131-4a15-49e1-96a3-86371588ad55/regProcessStep1:6e706ac1-9cc9-45ca-89cf-84a48363584c. Make sure to select "Symposium only" as the registration type.

TRAVEL directions

Please note that the symposium venue is not at the same location as the Robocup competition. The symposium is taking place at the Evoluon,
Noord Brabantlaan 1a, 5652 LA Eindhoven.

Public transit

The Eindhoven Central and Eindhoven Airport train and bus stations are both a 7-minute bus ride away. Buses depart from the north side of Eindhoven Station:
- Hermes line 401 (Eindhoven Airport via Meerhoven)
- Hermes line 402 (Veldhoven Sondervick)
- Hermes line 403 (Oerle)

Car

The Evoluon is located near the A2 motorway and is easily accessible by car. From the highway, you can easily reach our parking lot with over 500 parking spaces, located on the outskirts of the city center of Eindhoven.
